Mechanics of Martial Tai Chi (Advanced)
Most Tai Chi practitioners know that this style is all about circles. We move hands in circles, we
talk about "in" and "yan", that are represented in a circle, composed of two fish-like shapes...
But very few know how to apply this concept to the martial situation. Particularly, how to do it properly.
How to stay, how to move, how to turn. How to generate power...
This tutorial will discuss some of the most important aspects of Tai Chi, the key consepts, that
make a difference between a strange aerobic-like hand-waving activity and one of the most
efficient fighting technics on the face of this planet. The mechanics of Tai Chi, the way it works.

Qigong exercises
Qigong meditation (Chi Gun) is an ancient Chinese meditation
and self-healing technique. Chi (pronounced more like "tsi")
means the "life force", and Gun (pronounced more like "goon") means
work. The work of chi. It is easy and not physically challenging
at all, and yet it can make dramatic changes in person's physical
and mental health. In a matter of minutes it allows you to relax,
both physically and mentally. And then you may notice, to your
surprise, that the deceases are gone and the stress is not affecting
you anymore.

Yang Family Tai Chi 24 form
Tai Chi is the "moving" Chi Gun technique, and you can call it both Tai Chi Meditation and
Tai Chi Martial Art in the same time. When done regularly, it is known to produce dramatic changes in
people's health, both physical and mental, making them more balanced, self-confident and happy. And yes, it is also a powerfull
fighting technique.
In this tutorial, you will find detailed description of one of the most popular Yang Family Tai Chi 24 form technique.
There are many little things that you have to know to do Tai Chi right, and the tutorial pays a great attention
to explaining them all.

Yang Family Tai Chi 40 form
Often, people think of the Tai Chi 40 form as something "in between" the "beginners'" Tai Chi 24 form and "the real"
Tai Chi 108 form (also known as Tai Chi 88 form). This is wrong. First of all, the Tai Chi 24 form is
not a beginners' one, when done right, it has the same power the Tai Chi 40 form and Tai Chi 108 form have.
Second, regardless the fact that the Tai Chi 40 form is a reduced version of Tai Chi 108 form, it was made shorter by removing
repeating forms. Nothing is lost. I also find it more stimulating then the Tai Chi 108 form. Finally, it is almost 3 times shorter, which can be
very important in our busy time.
In this tutorial, you will find the Yang Family Tai Chi 40 form. There are many little things that you have
to know to do Tai Chi Meditation right, and the tutorial pays a great attention to explaining them all.

Yang Family Tai Chi 108 form
This is a "traditional" form of the Yang family Tai Chi. It combines both powerfull Tai Chi Martial Art and
the equally powerfull Tai Chi Meditation technique. It gives you - while it is not physically demanding at all - a good health, and
balance, both mental and physical, and an ability to react to the world around you in an adequate and efficient way, and it is many
other things too...
In this tutorial, you will find the Yang Family Tai Chi 108 form. You will see this form very often on competitions and
Martial Arts events, unfortunately, it is often performed with errors. There are many little things that you have
to know to do Tai Chi Meditation right, and the tutorial pays a great attention to explaining them all.

Taiji Qigong 18 form
Techniques of the Taiji Qigong 18 form are somewhere between the "dynamic" Tai Chi Meditation,
and static ones of Qigong meditation. Same way as in Tai Chi, Taiji Qigong is simple to do,
and the "energy" flow is usually easier to achieve, then when you practice Qigong meditation
There are many sets (sometimes called tao) in Taiji Qigong Meditation techniques. They
are used to improve different aspects of our health. In this eBook you will learn one of them, probably the most important:
the Taiji Qigong 18 form. When done properly, it is affecting all our body, improving
health. Also it will help you to open your energy channels and to learn to relax, physically and mentally.

Qigong Exercises: Dao In Heart and Blood Vessels
In this tutorial you will find the set of Taiji Qigong techniques, called "Qigong (Dao In) Heart and blood vessels". Dao In is an ancient
name of the Chi Gun (Qigong). The tao is composed of 8 forms, however, please keep
in mind, that each form is rather complex, it usually involves more than one motion.
The "Dao In Heart and blood vessels" techniques are designed to improve
general health, with most effect on the heart conditions (including both
heart and blood vessels). The exercises combine dynamic meditation and
self-massage, being - on one side - simple, they work with pressure
points and energy channels.

Qigong Exercises: Dao In Kidneys
In this tutorial you will find the set of Qigong Exercises techniques,
called Qigong (Dao In) Kidneys form. Dao In is an ancient name of the
Qigong (Chi Gun). The set has just 8 forms, but please keep in mind, that each
form is rather complex, it involves more than one motion.
The "Dao In Kidneys" techniques are designed to improve general health,
however the most effect they have on the kidneys and backbone
conditions. The effect is achieved both through the self-massage,
that happens during twists, and through the activation of
corresponding energy meridians.

Joints exercises
It does not matter how old you are or how
strong : this technique is for you. Because this set of exercises
was fine-tuned by centuries. People with problems use it, and sometimes
problems go away. Healthy people use it to stay healthy. And
Qigong and Tai Chi students use it as a stretching and warm up
routine.
The power of Chinese (this set of exercises may look familiar, but
it is taken almost without changes from the Qigong warm up)
philosophy is in its balanced simplicity. You do a simple set of
movements, day after day, you don't even break to sweat - and than
the changes happen. And of course, if you don't do it - it does not
work. Well... no technique is perfect.

Qigong Meditation: Healing Tao
In our days it is very difficult to
follow the "classical" Qigong routine, people simply do not
have enough time to do it all. This, probably, why the "Healing Tao"
was created.
It combines many powerfull techniques from ancient Dao In / Qigong Exercises
techniques, providing you with the system, that you can practice
when your limited time does not allow you to do longer routines.
However, it is not the "dummy" technique, it is rather advanced,
and can produce dramatic changes in your overall Qigong progress.

Headache Relief Pressure Points
In this tutorial you will find the technique,
based on Chinese pressure points, that can be used for fast headache
relief.
The technique takes 5-10 minutes, and I find it very useful for most types
of the headache. It is also very easy to
apply - you can do it to yourself, as well as to someone else. It does
not take more than 10 minutes to learn.
Unlike most "non-prescribed drugs", it works almost instantaneously,
as the matter of fact, people often feel relief before the routine
is completed.
